Appointments: To schedule an appointment, please call us or book online through our website. We recommend booking your appointment in advance to ensure that you can get the time and stylist that you prefer. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a charge equal to 50% of the service fee.
Payment: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and debit cards as forms of payment.
Refunds: All services are final and non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make it right.
Product Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee their effectiveness. If you are not satisfied with a product, please return it to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Hair Color Services: Hair color services may require a patch test to check for allergies or sensitivity. A patch test is a small amount of color applied to the skin, usually behind the ear, to check for any adverse reactions. If you have had a reaction to hair color in the past, please let us know in advance so that we can take the necessary precautions.
Salon Etiquette: To ensure that all of our guests have a relaxing and enjoyable salon experience, we ask that you please respect the following guidelines:
Please refrain from smoking while in the salon
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
No food or drinks allowed in the salon
